Steps/Meetings: After Application is deemed complete:
Step One: Staff reviews application, may include Project Evaluation Group (PEG)
Step Two - Appearance Review Board - First Tuesday of month, required for nonresidential and multiple family buildings to review architectural elevations.
Step Three - Planning and Zoning Board - Third Tuesday of month
Step Four: Town Commission - Second and fourth Tuesday of month
