Upon completion and signature of the application, please forward the signed original in a sealed envelope to the Art & Heritage Center, to Oakland Town Hall, or mail it to:  Town of Oakland, HR Department, PO Box 98, Oakland, FL  34760.

If selected to volunteer, the Town HR Department will forward a link to you via email to provide information directly to our background check provider.  Once the background check is complete, the Town will notify the applicant of their screening status. Cleared volunteer applicants will be contacted for an orientation and training session, and then scheduled for volunteer shifts.
