Town of Oakland amended Roads and Transportation Impact Fees effective March 1, 2019

On December 11, 2018, the Town of Oakland Commission unanimously passed and adopted Ordinance 2018-15 amending Chapter 14 of the Town Code of Ordinances updating Roads and Transportation Impact Fees. Effective March 1, 2019, the Town of Oakland's Roads and Transportation Impact Fees will be adjusted to the following amounts:
