Two outside (right) northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike between SR 50/Ocoee (Exit 267B) and SR 50/Clermont (Exit 272) in Orange County will remain temporarily closed until further notice for pavement repairs. Motorists can expect delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes through the area. Motorists wishing to travel northbound through this section of Florida’s Turnpike can instead use westbound West Colonial Drive/SR 50 from the following locations and return to northbound Florida’s Turnpike at SR 50 (Exit 272): • Northbound Turnpike motorists should exit at SR 50/Ocoee (Exit 267B) and stay left at the split to use westbound SR 50 for five miles. • Southbound SR 429/Western Beltway motorists should exit at SR 50 (Exit 23) and make a right turn at the signalized intersection to use westbound SR 50 for five miles. • Northbound SR 429/Western Beltway motorists should exit at SR 50 (Exit 23) and make a left turn at the signalized intersection to use westbound SR 50 for five miles. This closure is necessary to perform pavement repairs. The two inside (left) northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike will remain open to traffic during this closure.
