New Police Department Recruits Get Introduced To Town Commission

Oakland Police

At the September 9, 2019 Town Commission meeting, recent Police Department hires were introduced to the Town Commission. Police Department Chief Thomas introduced Christopher Hooper who was hired as the new Code Enforcement Officer in May 2019. In addition to his Code Enforcement duties, Christopher helps with administrative work around the Police Department including assisting with Oakland Partners, fingerprinting, and other duties. Chief Thomas also introduced Reserve Officer Juana Serrano and our newest Full-Time Police Officer Roger Fisher. All three new hires come to us with extensive experience from other jurisdictions and we are very happy to have them all working for the Town of Oakland!
