Heritage Day Festival
Kick off the year at Speer Park with a celebration of Oakland’s small-town charm! Heritage Day is all about history, nature, wellness, and the arts. Enjoy a family-friendly day packed with live music, delicious food trucks, fine arts & crafts, unique vendors, interactive kids’ activities, and so much more!
Celebration Among the Oaks
Spring into fun at VanderLey Park! This event is filled with family-friendly activities and entertainment—think photos with the Easter Bunny, a lively DJ, an egg hunt, food trucks, and plenty of fun for all ages! Then hop over to the Healthy West Orange Arts & Heritage Center for live porch music, curated vendors, and the latest art exhibit.
Music Under the Oaks
Fall vibes start here! Grab your lawn chair and blanket for a free concert in VanderLey Park this October. Sing, dance, and soak up the sounds under the beautiful oak trees with family and friends.
Santa’s Lane
December brings holiday magic to Oakland! Our Historic Town Center transforms into Santa’s Lane, a winter wonderland straight from the North Pole. Meet Santa and his helpers, share your wish list, and enjoy festive shopping and family fun!
