Town of Oakland residents can receive up to 10 free sandbags at the locations and times below:
Thursday and Friday, August 29 and 30th - Town Hall, 230 North Tubb Street between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 31st - Town of Oakland Police Department, 540 East Oakland Avenue between 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The sandbags will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. The sandbag fill site is located at Cross Street and Sadler Avenue. Please bring your own shovel.
