The Town of Oakland’s Planning, Zoning and Permitting and Human Resources Departments have temporarily relocated to Historic Town Hall, located at 220 N. Tubb. St. The temporary transition is in preparation for both departments’ permanent move to 2 W. Oakland Ave. scheduled for January 2022.
The offices will remain fully operational with services available during normal business hours from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The public is encouraged to call in credit card payments at 407-656-1117 ext. 2105 in advance of picking up Building Permits. Those with questions about payments should email jrichardson@oaklandfl.gov or vgibbons@oaklandfl.gov.
Permit Requirements are available online at www.oaklandfl.gov/876/Building-Permit-Information. Commercial and new residential construction must include a digital copy via disc or thumb drive and appropriate hard copies for the Building Official to review and must be dropped off at the Planning & Zoning Department’s office.
